- Physical ~ Move for 30 minutes (Wii or videos - whichever fits the mood).
- Social/Emotional ~ Take 20 minutes to focus before starting supper each night.
- Mental ~ Read one chapter a day - pick a book, any book.
- Spiritual ~ Continue to knit for the hour in the car line and using the time to get centered.
I've also got two boxes set to go out in the post today... one to my baby and one to a dear friend. Life is all about paying it forward, passing it on and perking people up. I hope my boxes full of little happies do just that - because that lifts me up too.
