It's currently baking in the oven so I'll share the easy peasy recipe with you now so you can have a really fancy and expensive looking supper that was a snap to make and barely put a dent in your bank account. Are you ready? Here we go ~
What you will need to make this fabulous supper for yourself:
- 1 pkg of Ronzoni no bake lasagna noodles
- 2 jars of Classico Alfredo sauce
- 1 pkg of Sargento 6 cheese Italian blend (2 cups)
- 1 pkg of frozen leaf spinach (thawed)
- 4-6 chicken thighs/breasts, browned (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350 degree F.
- Spray some non-stick spray on the bottom of your 9x13 dish.
- Lay down a row of noodles.
- Ladle sauce over, making sure noodles are completely covered.
- Layer chicken, spinach and cheese.
- Lay down second row of noodles.
- Ladle sauce over, making sure noodles are completely covered.
- Layer chicken, spinach and cheese.
- Cover with remaining sauce (incremental and could be skipped) and cheese (a must).
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Check and remove cover, baking for 15-20 minutes more.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

ReplyDeleteHmmm, this sounds lovely! I have a ton of spinach and rocket (I think this is called arugala in the US?) that I could put into this! I could quite easily eat Lasagne every day of the week - I love it!
